Notes
- When ordering, specify termination and screening codes: e.g. ST413PHA105KLZ.
- Inductance measured at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, using Coilcraft SMD-A fixture in Agilent/HP 4263B impedance analyzer or equivalent.
- DCR measured on micro-ohmmeter and Coilcraft CCF858 test fixture.
- SRF measured using a Coilcraft CCF1297 test fixture and an Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer or equivalent.
- DC current at 25°C that causes the specified inductance drop from its value without current.
- Current that causes the specified temperature rise from 25°C ambient. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings.
