Power Inductor for Critical Applications

ST432PNA Series offers low DCR and excellent current handling.
  • 4 × 4 mm footprint; 2 mm high shielded inductors.
  • Matte tin over nickel over phos bronze terminations. Other termina-

Notes
  1. When ordering, please specify termination and screening codes: e.g. ST432PNA104MLZ.
  2. Inductance measured at 100 kHz, 0.1 Vrms, 0 Adc using a Coilcraft SMD-A fixture in an Agilent/HP 4263B LCR meter or equivalent.
  3. SRF measured using an Agilent/HP 8753D network analyzer and a Coilcraft SMD -D test fixture.
  4. DC current at which the inductance drops the specified amount from its value without current.
  5. Current that causes the specified temperature rise from 25°C ambient. This information is for reference only and does not represent absolute maximum ratings.

Termination:

  • L = Matte tin over nickel over phos bronze.
  • T = Tin-silver-copper (95.5/4/0.5). (Special order, added cost)
  • S = Tin-lead (63/37). (Special order, added cost)
Note: These inductors have internal parts that contain 100% tin.

Screening:

  • Z = Unscreened
  • Y = Unscreened (SLDC Option A)
  • W = Unscreened (SLDC Option B)
  • H = Group A screening per Coilcraft CP-SA-10001
  • G= Coilcraft CP-SA-10001 Group A (SLDC Option A)
  • D = Coilcraft CP-SA-10001 Group A (SLDC Option B)

Ambient temperature range:
–40°C to +85°C with Irms current.
Storage temperature range:
Component: –55°C to +125°C.
Packaging: –55°C to +80°C.
Maximum part temperature:
+125°C (ambient + temp rise).
